Cerner Won't Launch

Few things to look for:

  1. Stuck Session

  2. Citrix Workspace stuck in Task Manager

  3. Online Plugin Not Found


Solutions:

  1. Close out the session.

  2. Close it in task manager or restart the computer.

  3. Reinstall Citrix Workspace.

Small Text / Not Clicking Where I Need it to / Screen Size Messed Up

  1. Right-click on Citrix Workspace in the system tray.

  2. Go to Advanced Preferences.

  3. Click High DPI

  4. Select Yes.

  5. Apply and close out the session.


Scheduling App Not Appearing

Make sure the link they are using is https://chhwv.cernerworks.com/Citrix/MHNPPRODweb/

The regular PRODweb one does not have the scheduling app.
