Ending a Citrix Session

1. With Citrix Director

  1. Go to Citrix Director.

  2. Download the .ica file and login with your Marshall credentials. The domain will be MHNP.

  3. Type in their username.

  4. Hit Log Off

  5. If it does not work from here, then the session is completely stuck and there's nothing either us or Cerner can do. They just have to wait until it closes. Anywhere from 30 minutes to a whole day.


2. Without Citrix Director

  1. Remote into their computer

  2. Go to the system tray (bottom right white arrow) and right-click on Citrix Workspace.

  3. Go to Connection Center

  4. Click on the folder and hit Log Off.

  5. If this doesn't work, message the help desk and someone with Citrix Director access will close it.
